- Engraved t.p. with port. of Lomazzo at head, another of Haydock at foot with his coat of arms. The arms of Oxford University and New College, Oxford, are incorporated in the design; Haydock's dedication is signed from New College. The arms of Winchester College appear at the colophon, together with a large woodcut of the Oxford arms; Haydock attended Winchester (DNB). Thirteen full-page engraved ill. Many head- and tail-pieces made up of printer's ornaments. Azured foliated initials.
